Airless Sprayer Gun Extensions -
Useful to extend the reach of the operator for spraying ceilings or any
object that is beyond normal reach. Airless spray gun extensions come in
a variety of sizes depending on the brand.
Airless spray gun extension are also
useful for operators spraying a floor or roof, the right gun extension
will allow the operator to stand in a normal upright position when
spraying. This will reduce fatigue in the back and neck of the operator
by allowing the spray position to be simply more comfortable.
Airless sprayer gun extensions can be
joined together to create a longer extension, each airless sprayer gun
extension has a female thread at one end and a male thread at the other.
The female end will require a seal to prevents leaks when fitted to the
gun, just remember to not lose the seal when removing from the gun. If
the extension leaks paint when in use, check the condition of the seal
or tighten, if the gun extension leaks do not use thread tape.

Airless Sprayer Gun Swivels - Useful to
adjust the angle of spray at the end of a gun extension. Airless sprayer
gun swivels usually can be adjust approx 270 degrees allowing an
operator to spray at exactly the correct angle to ensure that the spray
coating is being applied at the correct angle.
Airless sprayer gun swivels are widely used
by operators painting a tiled roof, the adjustable swivel allows the
operator to angle the spray back slightly to ensure that the noses of
the roof tiles are being coated.
Gun swivels are also useful for spraying
walls beyond the reach of the operator, with the gun swivel adjusted at
90 degrees off the gun extension the operator can evenly apply coatings
well beyond normal reach. This can save hours in constructing scaffold
or trestles needed for such access.

Airless Sprayer Power Rollers - Power
rollers are roller heads fitted with a "Perforated Roller Nap", these
perforations allow paint to be fed directly inside the roller cover to
allow the operator continuos application. Rollers are available in 230mm
and 270mm with a variety of nap sizes from 3/8" (10mm) up to 1/1/4"
(32mm).
Be careful when ordering and using a
power roller, you should check the maximum pressure rating of the power
roller accessory by reading the manual before use. Do not exceed the
maximum pressure rating of the power roller. |
