Atomex 12mm White PTFE Thread Tape

PTFE thread tape is commonly and also incorrectly called “Teflon™ Tape”. PFTE thread tape is widely used on fittings for air, water and gas industries to eliminate leaks. 

Atomex 12mm White PTFE thread tape is the perfect width and thickness for use with compressed air fittings allowing the fitting to be screwed on correctly. 

We have found from years of experience working on spray painting equipment that this tape has the perfect amount of tension and thickness unlike other products such plumbers tape. 

Pink plumbers tape or plumbers tape are great products when used on water fittings but we just find it’s a little too wide and too thick when being used on standard compressed air fittings in 1/8”, 14” & 3/8” BSP sizes in particular
