Atomex 3/16" 4000psi Airless Paint Hose - Custom Length

Atomex 3/16” 4000psi Rated Airless Paint Spray Hose is slightly thinner than standard airless paint hose. 

Shorter lengths can be connected to your airless spray gun to reduce the weight of standard 1/4” hose which will reduce operator fatigue when spraying. A typical scenario would be to connect a 2.5m x 3/16” Whip Hose between the fitting on your spray gun and the end of your standard 1/4” airless paint hose. The lighter 3/16” hose will reduce operator fatigue, be more flexible and still have enough flow for most paints. 

Atomex 3/16” 4000psi rated airless paint hose (or whip hose) are available in a variety of custom lengths. Compatible with all brands of airless spray gun, airless sprayers and airless paint hoses.

Airless paint spray hoses can be joined together using a joining nipple to make a longer length but please check the specifications of the airless paint sprayer that you have to ensure you do not exceed the maximum length recommended.

DO NOT apply thread tape to the fitting on your airless spray gun or joining nipple, airless paint hoses use seated fittings and DO NOT require thread tape. Using thread tape may cause damage to the fitting on the airless paint hose and will probably cause it to leak.
