Atomex High Pressure Swivel Adapter 3/8” (male) x 3/8” (female) rated to 5000psi. 

Swivel adapters come in a range of sizes and combinations, the swivel nut at the end of the adaptor simply makes fitting the adaptor easier as the nut can be tightened while the adaptor stays in the same position. These fittings will NOT swivel once tightened.
