Yes, all guns have 12 months warranty and the warranty is supported by DeVilbiss. Guns purchased overseas may not be covered by warranty in Australia.

I have seen DeVilbiss guns on ebay for half the price? 

Generally speaking, if you see a DeVilbiss spray gun advertised incredibly cheap on Ebay then it is probably a knock off. Check where the seller is located, if they are an Australian seller and they have a legitimate business then this will be genuine. If the seller is located in Hong Kong, or China then the gun will be a copy or knock off. Ebay has plenty of dodgy DeVilbiss guns for sale.
