Graco 240525 Replacement Cylinder Sleeve will suit Graco 1095 UtraMax II airless sprayers, Gmax II 5900 petrol airless sprayers, LineLazer 130HS & 5900 line marking machines.

When replacing packing seals on your pump inspect the inside of the cylinder, the inner bore must be true, straight and have no wear marks, ripples or elongated scratches. Any wear or damage to the cylinder may cause the pump to leak externally or internally and will certainly reduce the life of your new packing seals.

Graco 240525 Cylinder Sleeve part number was updated by Graco with a new part number 248210. Both 240525 & 248210 are the same part and will interchange.

Graco 240525 Replacement Cylinder Sleeve can be used in both standard and pro-contractor pumps.
