Atomex Automatic Spray Gun Cleaning System

The Atomex automatic spray gun cleaning system is and end to end solution for cleaning spray guns right after use. The self contained system will hold approx 15 litres of thinners which is constantly recycled time after time. 

When you have finished spraying empty the remaining paint from your paint cup, place the gun upside down into the cleaning tank, clip the trigger so that the trigger is open and shut the lid. 

Once turned on the automatic gun cleaning system will pump thinners through various jets inside the tank which will wash away all of the paint on the outside of the gun and cup, inside of the spray cup and right through the cup to the nozzle. 

Letting the unit operate for about 3-4 minutes your gun will be completely clean and ready to use. 

Inside of the automatic gun cleaner it has an air operated diaphragm pump which draws thinners from the tank below and pumps it continuously through the cleaning jets. Thinners will then drain back into the tank completing the cycle. 

The thinners inside the tank can be used for months because the closed lid prevents evaporation, eventually you will need to drain the tank, dispose of the thinners and refill.
