Wagner AR 5000 Round Jet Nozzle

Wagner AR5000 Round Jet Nozzles will produce a round type conical spray pattern emulating the pattern produced by spinning bell electrostatic spray guns. Round spray patterns from electrostatic spray guns are primarily designed to wrap around objects from one side but in the case of conical nozzles it may be required to spray the object from two different angles to achieve uniform coverage. 

Achieving complete material wrap around an object when spraying with electrostatic spray guns will have many factors that contribute to a successful coating. Such factors are –

• Type of material being sprayed
• Thinning of the material
• Conductivity of the material
• Size of the object
• Shape of the object
• Air temperature & wind if spraying outside
