Ransburg Vector AA90 Electrostatic Spray Gun & Power Box

Ranburg Vector AA90 High Pressure Air Assisted Electrostatic Spray Gun is suited for use with high pressure airless sprayers. The high transfer efficiency of electrostatic spray guns combined with high pressure airless makes these guns suitable for high volume spray applications such as production line painting and aircraft coatings. 

The Ransburg Vector AA90 package includes the Vector AA90 Electrostatic Spray Gun, 2ft 3/16” high pressure airless whip hose, 2ft air whip hose, 10m of power cord which connects to the 9060 LV3 Power Supply. Adjustment of the voltage can be controlled on the back of the gun where the operator can toggle between 65KV, 75KVA, 85KV using your thumb to control. 

Air Assisted Electrostatic Spraying is one of the most efficient methods of applying coatings which dramatically reduces overspray and can save up to 50% of paint wastage compared with traditional airless spray methods. Used in high volume painting applications the initial cost of this equipment can be recouped in months by reducing paint overspray.

• 7.5-15m High Pressure Paint Hose 

The Ransburg Vector AA90 requires 240 Volt power for the control box and we DO NOT recommend to run this unit from a generator as this will void your warranty if the electronics are damaged.

The Vector AA90 is very simple to operate and maintain, basic airless spraying knowledge is must but we do supply training which includes set-up, operation and clean up here at our workshop test spray booth located in Regents Park Sydney.

Training is provided free of charge when purchased from AA Spray.
