Wagner ACR 5000 Round Jet Nozzle Insert

Wagner ACR 5000 Round Jet Nozzle Inserts are designed for spraying pipes, steel bars, posts and profiles with complex shapes from only one side. The unique design of the ACR 5000 uses an internal swirl valve type arrangement and round air cap design to produce a round spray pattern.

General Note – The nozzle insert size would correspond with airless spray tip orifice sizes. Example R11 would be approx 0.011” 

All Wagner ACR 500 Round Jet Nozzles will produce an approx round spray pattern of 250mm or 10 inches. 

Wagner ACR 5000 Round Jet Nozzles will require a Round Jet Nozzle Cap Set part no. 2309883 to be fitted to the GM5000EAC Electrostatic Spray Gun.
