Wagner GM5000 EAC High Pressure Electrostatic Aircoat Spray Gun

Wagner GM5000 EAC High Pressure Electrostatic Aircoat Gun is designed for high pressure electrostatic spray painting applications. Suitable for a wide use of industrial and 2K paints* the Wagner GM5000 EAC high pressure gun is easy and simple to use. 

* Not all paints can be sprayed with Electrostatic Spray Guns, contact our office for additional information. 

The Wagner GM5000 EAC electrostatic spray gun can be used with two types of nozzles –

• ACF 5000 Flat Tip
• ACR 5000 Round Jet Tip 

Wagner GM5000 EAC electrostatic spray guns offer three types of aircaps to suit different spray applications – 

• Flat Spray LV ( Red Colour) Suited for low to medium viscosity material.
• Flat Spray HV (Blue Colour) Suited for medium to high viscosity material.
• Round Spray (Black Colour) with adjustable width.  

Wagner GM5000 EAC High Pressure Electrostatic Aircoat Gun will require the following additional items -

• VM500 or VM5000 Control Unit
• 10m, 15m or 20M Paint Hose, Air Hose, Power Cable Kit
• ACR 5000 Round Jet Tip 

The Wagner GM5000 EAC gun can be used with any airless sprayer but must not be used at fluid pressure above 3600psi. If used with an airless pump capable of producing pressure above 3600psi then care should be taken not to exceed the maximum pressure of the gun, turn the pump pressure down.
