Atomex AX/GM-60003 Bolt & Washer

Atomex AX/GM-60003 head manifold bolt & washer should be greased on the thread with marine grease and tensioned to 60ft/lb using an accurate torque wrench. The six bolts should be evenly tensioned in the same way nuts on a car tire are tightened to ensure even tension across the head manifold. Failure to correctly tension the head bolts will cause oil to leak from under the diaphragm or high pressure paint to cut through the head manifold above the diaphragm casuing permenant damage to the head.
