Graco 243222 Replacement Pressure Transducer

Graco 243222 Replacement Pressure Transducer is used in a wide variety of Graco electric and petrol airless sprayer models. The pressure transducer connects between the high pressure filter and the control board. The transducer is designed to send a signal to the control board which uses this information to know when the sprayer has reached the maximum pressure.

Faulty transducers can cause the following error codes to appear in you digital display –

E=02 (High pressure signal from transducer)

E=03 (Transducer failure or connection error)

Faulty transducers can also allow your machine to run past the maximum pressure of 3300psi and not stop. Machines that over pressurise can be dangerous causing the paint hose to burst or other component damage such as pump or drain valve.

Transducer failure in Graco airless sprayers is a common occurrence and transducers are not serviceable they must be replaced.
