Atomex Fine Finish HVLP Turbine with 1.3mm Gun and 6m Air Hose

Atomex HVLP Turbine Fine Finish Spray System is a portable turbine spray system designed to replace the traditional air compressor and spray gun. HVLP (High Volume Low Pressue) technology reduces over spray and improves paint flow by reducing the fluid pressure at the air cap and achieve nominal coverage at lower pressure with much less over spray. 

The Atomex HVLP Turbine Fine Finish Spray Systems include 6m air hose, HVLP Gun with 1.3mm Nozzle and a 1 Litre Pot with dripless insert. Wide variety of nozzle sizes are availabe for most applications.

Bathroom Re-Finishing

Widely used for application of polyurethane coatings to ceramic tiles and bath tubs. 

Timber Stain

Stains are generally very thin, using a smaller nozzle and adjusting the air flow control on the turbine uniform coating of stains on to timber can easily be applied without overloading the product and given an even finish ready for clear coat 

Clear Lacquer

Use for internal and external timber clear coating such as architraves, skirting boards, door jambs, doors, windows, stairs and balustrades. The Atomex HVLP Turbine offers complete control over the fluid flow, reduced over spray and high finish quality. 

Oil Based Enamel

Use for on site spraying of quick dry enamels onto industrial machinery or any metal spraying application. Not designed for thick undercoats but thinning the paint material will assist application.  

Water Based Enamel

Use for internal and external timber coating such as architraves, skirting boards, door jambs, doors, windows, stairs and balustrades. The Atomex HVLP Turbine offers complete control over the fluid flow, reduced over spray and high finish. 

Water Based Acrylic House Paint

The Atomex HVLP turbine can be used for water based acrylic, slight thinning may be required and it is only recommended for very small areas. For internal wall and ceiling painting we would recommend the use an airless sprayer which will give you a much faster application rate.

 0.5mm Needle/Nozzle Set

Suitable for very thin products such as dye or inks

 0.8mm Needle/Nozzle Set

Suitable for thin products such as shellac and stains. Can be used with sanding sealer if thinned to produce a very fine coating. 

1.0mm Needle/Nozzle Set

Suitable for thin products such as shellac and stains but with more flow than 0.8mm. Suitable for fine finishing of varnish, clear lacquer, sanding sealer, polyurethane and bath tub coatings when only a thin coat is required. 

1.2mm Needle/Nozzle Set

Suitable for medium finishing of varnish, clear lacquer, sanding sealer, oil based enamel, polyurethane and bath tub coatings when a medium coat is required. 

1.3mm Needle/Nozzle Set

Suitable for medium finishing of varnish, clear lacquer, sanding sealer, oil based enamel, polyurethane, water based enamels and bath tub coatings when a medium coat is required with slightly more fluid flow than a 1.2mm. 

1.8mm Needle/Nozzle Set

Suitable for polyurethane, water based enamels and under coats where a much heavier coat is required. 

2.0mm Needle/Nozzle Set

Suitable for heavy coat applications such as water based acrylic house paint or any application where a heavy coat is required. 

2.5mm Needle/Nozzle Set

Suitable for very heavy coat applications such as water based acrylic house paint or any application where a high flow application is required. 

Please keep in mind, these are only recommendations and a combination of thinning your paint product and air flow speed will vary the paint finish results.
